Headed up by Nicky Williams this new venture is something that Gates Travel have wanted to do for some time, so we are absolutely delighted at the overwhelming response that we have received from our customers.

Escorted by a member of the Gates team, our 4 night coach holidays have gone down a storm, with most selling out weeks before the departure date. A huge bonus is the direct journey from Kendal, departing at around 10am, with no need for an interchange. Once you get on the coach, other than a stop for lunch and a comfort stop if needed, that's it until we arrive at our resort hotel. Many people have booked every trip that we have on sale, which makes for a real sense of camaraderie, with new friends being made and a great time had by all. From fish and chips at wonderful Whitby, strolling along the promenade at Llandudno in the sunshine, to exploring Edinburgh Christmas Markets, 2024 was a fantastic start to our coach holidays program.

Sports Club or Special Interest Groups

Gates Travel can assist with arranging trips for sports organisations or special interest groups. If you are involved in a tennis (golf, bowls ...) club, or a yoga or social dancing group, and want to book as a group then Gates Travel will source appropriate accommodation with the necessary facilities and location, flights and transport.

Family or Friends Groups

Are you planning a multi-generational family holiday, maybe in a large villa, then Gates Travel can book an ATOL financially protected package consisting of flights, transfers or vehicle(s) hire plus a villa of the appropriate size and facilities - or multiple rooms in a hotel/apartment. Also, if you and a group of friends are heading for warmth and sun, or indeed a ski trip, then Gates Travel can take on the party leader responsibilities by reserving and administrating the process until you depart, managing each persons payment and ticketing requirements.
